The bespoke fit-out of an office in Marylebone which aimed to provide the tenant with high levels of flexibility within the workplace. Providing a variety of meeting spaces accommodated the different needs of teams within the company and a mix of both hot desking and fixed desking enabled flexibility for employees.
One of the ambitions of the project was to create a warm and enjoyable environment for working, which is why there is a large ratio of breakout space to desking. To maximise flexibility, however, the breakout space has been designed to accommodate optional working spaces as well. This ambition pushed a large use of timber finishes to add a natural warmth to the space and together with a number of bespoke designed joinery items this adds a unique character to the space.
