The focus of the scheme was to refurbish and enhance an existing office floor space, providing a fresh and open-plan working environment. Soft neutral tones against a refreshing green palette transform the office floor, with open shelving units dividing the space to zone breakout areas. Key design features include arched glazing partitions in crittall style to replicate the detailing of the existing windows, along with fan coil units sprayed dark green to add interest. A dark gridded SAS ceiling system was also incorporated to uplift the reception and breakout areas, giving a contemporary feel to what once was a traditional office floor plate.
