A workspace retrofit at St Paul's House, London. This project enhances the building's existing character while improving the tenant experience through a reimagined entrance, reception, and office space across four floors, along with a new terrace and end-of-trip facilities. At the core of this project was an environmentally responsible approach to design. One of the key components of this was the reuse of the existing metal ceiling tiles. Rather than recycling, we sprayed and reconfigured the tiles into new bespoke rafts which extended their lifetime.

Materiality choices were also key, making use of cork flooring, recycled kitchen worktops and high quality timber furniture with less adhesives - designing for longevity. The use of natural materials throughout the scheme also provides a lovely warmth to the space and reduces VOCs making for a healthier work environment.
