The reception and lounge feature a curated mix of co-working zones, open meeting areas and a new reception desk. This setup offers multiple options for working, meeting, or hosting events. A significant aspect of the design was the removal of existing partitions in the reception area, which creates a seamless flow between the reception and lounge. The space has been thoughtfully designed in line with the client’s broader plans and WELL aspirations, which focus on advancing human health and well-being.

Additionally, the entrance has been redesigned with an illuminated canopy and planting in Corten steel planters, promoting additional biodiversity connected to the wider estate and improving the approach to the building.
